Russians say Fed Judge in AZ was real target due to ruling against B.O

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

I'm skeptical.

The defendant is actually "$333,520.00 in US Currency and Saturn Aura XE 2007, VIN 1G8ZS57N97F136757", and it relates to "bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States".  I don't feel like handing my credit card to PACER, so I'm not buying the court docs. 

My guess is it's a routine border confiscation.

I never believed it but it does raise an interesting point, was the Judges security detail yanked after ruling against B.O? if its true-why? This story ( if it gets legs ) will send those info-wars nut jobs scurrying!

Jared Lee Loughner, the suspected gunman in Saturday’s Arizona shooting, attended a high school that is part of a network in which teachers are trained and provided resources by a liberal group founded by Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers and funded by President Obama, WND has learned.

The group, Small Schools Workshop, has been led by a former top communist activist who is an associate of Ayers.

Obama provided the group with funds in the 1990s when he worked at an education reform group alongside Ayers.

Loughner attended Mountain View High School, which is part of Arizona’s Morana Unified School District.

Since 2003, Mountain View has been part of what is known as the Smaller Learning Community, a network of schools that have been restructured to create a more personalized learning environment where students often have the same teachers and fellow students from grade to grade.

I've been watching the Russian News program on and off for a couple of weeks and one thing I find amusing is that in almost all their "on the street" interviews, the "Americans" seem to have slight traces of foreign accents.  So....

At least one small credibility demerit. 

On news unrelated to the US, they seem to have more um detail than our US news services.

Yep, I wondered why the Judge was there.  They don't normally do "Shake and Grin" events.   I figured he just happened to be maybe shopping there....  But what do I know.

Uhhh, yeah.  No District of Arizona, last I checked.  There's the Fed District Court of Arizona, but not of the District of Arizona.

My guess is it's a routine border confiscation.

It's also my understanding the judge was not scheduled to be there.  I don't see how he could have been the real target if he wasn't planning ahead.  Seems to me Gifford was the real main target unless the nutcake just wanted to do a mass shooting at some political event.
