APS search, and Android malware

I thought I'd search for a thread with recommendations on malware precautions for my new Droid phone (i.e., is an anti-malware program necessary). But APS's search function hasn't seemed to work since April Fool's Day.

advanced search seems to be working. [tinfoil]

That's what I'm using. For "droid" and "malware" I get one result - this thread.

OK. My bad. I see what's going on (got more results by searching for "any words" instead of "all words."

But it's still odd that my last few searches turned up empty.  =|
