FTFY
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

OK, this one has to be an APS member playing a joke.

For reasons too boring to get into, I'm inviting visitors to leave reviews of some guns on my site. I screen them and if they seem legit, I add them to the page about the gun. Today I received this for the page for the Springfield Armory SOCOM 16:

Model:

Email address:

Name or username:

michael8495

City:

Newport News

State:

Virginia

Purpose:

Self Defense/Law Enforcement

Rating:

4

Body:

With all the articals that I have read on the M1A I would have to rate it a four star. The reason for that is that, I have never Handled, nor fired the weapon. I am very interested in buying one on a monthly purchase plan if I could find a business that would provide me with this opprotunity. I would love to be able to write a review on this weapon.

Sounds like a lead-in to one of those Nigerian scams. If you respond, he may offer to send you a check for ten times the cost of the gun if you'll cash it and send him the difference.

Tell him you have a lay-away plan. He can send you $xx per month until the full price has been paid, at which time you expect to receive his FFL's information for shipping the firearm.
