Essentially the story asserts that they've added quite more loopholes so criminal immigrants can not be deported, if for instance they are enrolled in a school. General theme is that it is politically based in order to garner more Hispanic votes, be it through citizens of Hispanic heritage, or criminal immigrants casting illegitimate votes.

I've been trying to locate a copy of this recent memo the story is referring so but so far have only found one from 2010. If anyone manages to dig up a link, please post it.

It's bad enough that Obama's repealing citizenship but apparently he's also repealed Congress.  Where's the pushback in favor of requiring our laws to be enforced?
