Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".
How does new technology make this easier? Wouldn't a wrist-watch do the job?
would be funny for the police to set up a sting, say in a place where it would be easy to contain a large crowd.
a flash mob robbery is gonna go bad soon I'd say, some one is gonna open fire.
. . . a flash mob robbery is gonna go bad soon I'd say, some one is gonna open fire.
I can think of some seriously evil scenarios set up by non-cops.... The mild side would involve a 1 way door and a huge swarm of hornets....
Uh . . . wouldn't that be the robbery going good?Don't some jurisdictions have laws in place that define "riot" as concerted illegal action by three or more people at the same time, which releases some constraints on both victims and police when it comes to dealing with the rioters?
Heh.... Imagine a store with one entrance and an exit that's hard to get to with a psychotic lookin' fellow in the front door with a shotgun... "ON THE FLOOR!" A lot of the kids doing this crap as a thrill have no clue...
