Stupid and thuggish.  TABC is where the bright TSA molesters go when they grow up.

That isn't the TABC being stupid, it's the business owner not reading the posting regs.

Red Lobster in Mesquite has it too, although in a classy wooden frame instead of duct taped up.

The TABC IS stupid and thuggish although I have no idea if this particular item is proof. If Brad has knowledge of posting regs I'll take his word for it.

It aint the TABC - they are just passing on the rules from the feds.  Can't remember for sure but think it's FDA that insists that you be warned that whatever you put in your mouth can and probably will harm you.

All TABC is doing is ensuring that they get their "fair share" of the money the feds are redistributing.

And quite frankly my hat is off to whoever decided that they would comply with the TABC's requirement to comply with the feds' requirement to post silly warnings about the dangers of alcohol by putting that one in the men's room.

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

Hey you kids!! Get off my lawn!!!

They keep making this eternal vigilance thing harder and harder.  Protecting the 2nd amendment is like playing PACMAN - there's no pause button so you can go to the bathroom.

Is this the same TABC that likes to rough up detainees when they can't come up with a viable charge?

Seen that done in several restrooms in booze-serving restaurants. Pretty common, IME.

TABC annoys me in failing to ensure that obviously over-50% establishments, such as Fox and Hound, have 30.06 signs posted. You gotta love a government agency that takes your taxes, oppresses you, and also fails to do one of the simple tasks it's supposed to, while suffering no consequences since they are the government (you, in the meantime, will certainly face consequences if you are caught carrying in an improperly posted establishment, since you are supposed to know better).
Maybe a rare occurence, but then you only have to get murdered once to ruin your whole day.

Take it from someone who deals with multiple federal and state agencies in his day job, and bartend on the weekends:

The Texas alcoholic beverage commission is the most inept, corrupt, and most terrible organization I have yet to come across.
