That the Russians - famous for their, uh, unconventional hostage rescue tactics and approach to civil rights - have chosen a company famous for its unconventional approach to marketing.

I heard H-S Precision was branching out into pharmaceuticals, their first product was going to be a aerosol/gas version of halothane and 3-methylfentanyl. Used elsewhere in the world for resolving hostage crises... with mixed results.

Maybe FDA trials will start soon, with all this 'Occupy Wall Street' activity going on.

I just don't see enough advantage of .300WM to justify using instead of the 7.62x54R they already have tons of.  Seems kinda silly to add another ammo type that they can't share with a proven long-range gun like the Dragunov.
