portable DVD player........Any input?

Keep in mind I know nothing about electronics.  All I want is a way to play a movie without taking my laptop out to the man cave.  With my eyes a 9" screen or larger would help.

Anyone have one or could give simple suggestions to an old codger?  I don't have an MP3 player, or a fancy phone or an I pod, or any of the other things you can apparently plug into them.  Just want to watch a movie or three.

I looked them up for price and they seem to start around $80 and go up to around $200.  Is there a source of good used ones?
