Probably not, but once he shot himself in the foot everybody would recognize him.

I laughed when I heard the guy filed the suit.  I'm an LEO firearms instructor, and have given a couple of classes to citizens.  I do believe that if I ever shot myself during one of those, I'd sneak away somewhere and hide.  Especially after saying I'm the only one professional enough....  ;/
