Just wish he had kept out of the parking lot question by saying there was nothing in the law being enquired about that dealt with that subject. We got local government parking lots (except for one agency and that was because they are afraid of the druggies and lunatics that are served by that agency). The next step is to go for state agency parking lots (See? Nothing happened at the local level.) and then all parking lots.
