two 3.5mm male one female headphone adapter?

I've been searching for an adapter that I can plug into my small (15W) guitar amp as well as into my computer so I can listen to the metronome or other audio on the computer while listening to my playing. Right now I have to move the right side ear piece from the headphones off my ear and keep my ear close to the speaker on the computer.

Does anyone know of a source for such a thing?

Boy, amen to that.  I remember going to Radio Shack and finding parts to repair various appliances and electronics or for projects.  Not so much these days.  Whereas they used to have aisles and drawers full of parts, it is down to a few feet of space now.

Perfect. I needed a 1/8 in. headphone extension cable. $0.73, and about $2.50 shipping. Just ordered it.

Monoprice is perfect for "good enough" cables.  Would not recommend for "zOMG" important, but anything other than that...  Cheap, and work 99.9% of time.

Monoprice is great, because they charge you only a 200% markup on those cables that come from China, rather than a 2000% markup, like some name-brand brick and mortar chain store might for the exact same cable in a four color glossy printed blister pack.

Not where I'd go for cabling that supports some sort of high demand commercial infrastructure. But they're perfectly adequate for most any individual residential application you'd care to think of.

No kidding, el cheap $0.99 cable from Monoprice tends to have more copper than a $40 cable from Monster Cable. I use their cat5e for my patch cables, and I've used their cat6 cables for server patch cables. But I've had failures before. Order a couple spares.  Tossed the bad one, replaced.

Just remember to cut the trashed cable in two before you toss it.  Otherwise, someone will pull it out of the garbage and use it, moving your problem around the site.  I give strict orders to my techs to do that, especially with bad fiber optic jumpers.  I've seen it happen.
