Quuite an interesting twist for Moscow police.
Some folks are blaming the band, but it looks as if psycho murderers exist in every country.

They already caught the guy.

He was some jackass that kept feeding the daughter promises to marry in return for money to pay off his debts. She finally figured it out and confronted him, he got pissed off and killed her and then killed her mother because she walked in on him pulling the bloody knife out of the daughter. The Pussy Riot inscription was to throw the cops off. Didn't work so well.

About the band's name; are people allegedly rioting to get in?  Or rioting to get away?  (those girls are not very easy on the eyes)

It's not called "People Riot". Therefore it's not people rioting.
