OK, just curious.  The college station I listen to is "Comercial Free," however, they have "promos" for their shows and station, the college, PSAs and all sorts of stuff.  No product advertising, but they are still there.

Apparently, Clear Channel provides programming for four of XM's music channels, specifically: Sunny, KISS, MIX, and Nashville.  Here's some further info about it according to Orbitcast...
