Was just watching The Train Job last night and after the doc dopes up Jayne they try to move him to his bunk.

The question is are not the bunks in rooms along the passageway that leads from the bridge?

If so, why did they have him halfway down the stairs into the cargo area?

Oh sure it was funny:

Kaylee "We tried to move him to his bunk, but he is just...........heavy."

Doped up Jayne "Whaaa? We givin it back? I waited for you guys!"

Doped up Jayne "I was aiming for his head"

But  it does not make sense.

Scroll down.

The bunks ("crew dorm") are below the "front hall" passage way.

Maybe the crew was moving him down to the infirmary.

If I'm the first one with the right answer, I'd like a Sig P239 in .357 Sig for my prize, please.

Thank you.

SB,

Jayne is crew he lives in the crew dorms that are mere feet from where he collapsed. Not in the passanger dorms that are at the ass end of the ship.

Hence my confusiosity.

They weren't trying to move Jayne to his bunk.

When Mal comes back on board after being 'rescued' by Inara, Kaylee says they tried to get him to the infirmary... but he was too heavy.

Make sense now?

I would never insult someone by sending them a pistol in a sub-manly caliber.

How do you know I'm a man ?  Maybe I'm female or a socialist.

Socialists don't watch Firefly, nor do they ask for firearms as a prize.  Therefore you must be a female.
