IMO, body count has to be double digits, and have a clear element of "spree shooting" rather than simple individual crime/dispute elements before the MSM is willing to overlook the racial issues.

I bet the entire D.C. Sniper issue wouldn't have been national news had the MSM somehow known in advance the rifle was stolen, and Lee and Malvo were black.

If a CCW citizen stops the shooting at one or two victims, then by definition it's not a mass murder.  So therefore guns in the hands of citizens cannot stop mass murders
