Yum - canned fava beans
« on: June 12, 2013, 06:52:53 PM »
Definately worth checking out- Ziyad brand Foule Mudammas spicy small fava beans. Saw these at the store last night, and bought a can.  I don't usually get too exited about canned goods - but these are daaaamed good.

Dr. Lecter serves these with a nice Chianti.  And long pig.

Some silenced lamb would be good with these.

"Nice Chianti" is an oxymoron.
"Bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round...

I'm pretty sure pre-incarceration Doctor Lecter could afford something direct from Tuscany in a good year.   =D
