As if california isn't broke enough..... They forcefully sterilized women inmates in the prison. I see big lawsuits in their future and I didn't even have to break out the magic 8 ball.

I would say you might have an arguement for the term "manipulated", but not "forced".

The whole thing is one of those topics that makes my inner Libertarian all squishy, uncomfortable, and hypocritical feeling.
