  • I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.
Bhengazi more then meets the eye?

I have always been suspicious about the whole thing, Stevens had promised to look into details surrounding Lockerbie - its been awhile so I cant remember exactly what it was the Ambassador was supposed to reveal to the families of the victims - perhaps Obama admin had its fingers in this too.

Better to let Stevens die before he could reveal more?

I think there was a whole lot more to this event than we know.  I think they were providing weapons to Syrian rebels forces for one thing.  But I also think there was a lot more going on that Hillary would not talk about or even hint at.  She is working from the experience of Whitewater and sacrificing people, but she comes away from it clean.  She'll probably be running for president in 2016 and will have total press support which will supress any negative information that might come out.  It's all just so wrong.

Given that the purpose of the meeting in Benghazi was to met with Turkish officials, that Libya was awash with arms, and the uprising in Syria was just beginning anyone who doesn't think that the purpose of the meeting wasn't to channel arms to Syrian rebels is an idiot.  The "We had to spend money on a new consulate before the end of the fiscal year." story is BS.

Sweet memories to drive us on,
