I'm sure Issa will get to the bottom of this scandal.

OOOO... so a terrorist freedom fighter arming, gun running, region destabilizing plot is having more light cast upon it? Yeah... "stolen" weapons...

Let's see, how does it go now?

"You are either with us, or with the terrorists... unless you are a terrorist that is with us against them who we are against... so what you turn against us and kill us...  what difference, at this point, does it make??"

With this Middle East stuff and that 'fast n furious' nonsense Obama would have made a good character in that "Lord of War" movie...

If every member of the House of Representatives watched a member of the Obama administration kill in cold blood, they still would not have the leadership or stones to do anything more than hold a hearing.

Obama and Clinton belong in prison but the republicans won't do a thing because republicans are democrats.

I don't know if it is that or if they are afraid of the media and being labeled racist.

Racism accusations are so common today that I don't know why anyone cares anymore.

I was going to say this was Obama's Iran-Contra scandal, but that scandal made a lot more sense.

This. More often that not, it seems to indicate that you've been an upstanding and stalwart citizen. Or, at least, you've provided some lighthearted entertainment at a State Fair rodeo.

They probably have done, at least in terms of drone strikes.

Obama and Clinton don't have the skill or stones to actually kill, themselves.  No doubt they've both given extrajudicial kill orders though.

Indeed.

I also like the increasing (and tragic) absurdity of them trying to pretend this unfolding disaster in Egypt isnt a coup, a new high point being reached today when one of the spokesdrones said that the coup-imposed government of Egypt could expect that the US would remind them that they promised to bring in democratic government, if they didnt stop shooting people.

Yep. That's why I chose that specific example.

So it appears the whole "We were trying to sign a lease before the fiscal year ran out." excuse is once again blowing up in their faces.

The simple truth is he was there to meet the Turks to work on moving "excess to needs" Libyan arms through Turkey to the Syrian rebels.   (Shades of Iran-Contra)

If we "lost" 400 SAM's in the attack, I'd bet that's the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what other arms were "lost" that night and in the ensuring days.
Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
