Meh. I can see how, if you caught that out of the corner of your eye at night, you might be dialing 911 as fast as you could.
I'm guessing the cops wouldn't be too pleased about getting continuous calls about a sticker on a truck. Especially because a potential kidnapping is probably something the *have* to check, even if they knew that it was that truck running around.
