I read it as them saying that they couldn't talk about the "classified" stuff and that if they tried to refuse the NSA would go ahead and use force to take what it wants. I doubt she and Yahoo are thrilled about cooperation at gunpoint.

That's how I read it as well. Methinks the thread title is a bit off.

That... Saying it's treason to reveal classified information is not the same as saying it's treason to not cooperate with the NSA.  But she's still wrong.  Releasing classified information is not treason; it's releasing classified information.
