NYPD shoot two bystanders.

Me or you? Just lost our 2A rights. NYPD (any PD) doesn't even draw much attention to the fact in an article about it.

One of the women, 54, was wounded in the leg, fracturing her tibia and fibula, Mr. Kelly said. She was taken to Bellevue, where she was expected to undergo surgery. The other woman, who is in her mid-30s, suffered a graze wound to the buttock. She was treated at Roosevelt Hospital and released early on Sunday, a hospital spokeswoman said. Neither woman was identified by the police.

Charged with "riot"? ???
At one point it says he "had only a wallet in his possession" and then later is says he was also charged with "criminal possession of a controlled substance".

They didn't have much choice; the guy pulled his Metro card and started going "pew pew" at them.  After a dissing like that, they pretty much *had* to shoot somebody (anybody) otherwise the other officers would have laughed at them back at the station.

Photos and video taken by onlookers showed a chaotic scene. Several officers tried to contain the man as he moved through an intersection, and he was finally brought down as people in the crowd yelled at police not to shoot him.

Methinks NYPD is rather disliked by their local tax chattel.  They keep this up, there could be mob riots for them in the future over other injuries to innocent bystanders in their quest for authoritah.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Maybe they should issue Taurus Judges to the NYPD to keep them from missing so much....or to make sure they don't leave anyone un-shot.....

So, basically, they've learned absolutely nothing from the last incident.

This is why police departments should never have automatic weapons.  If this is what we get when they have semi-automatics, imagine what will happen in Chicago when they break out those autos?
