Just looking at a snapshot of the charts, I interpret that extroverted is more more correlated to more income than anything else.

Me= solidly INTJ.

I concur, extroverted people are more likely to ask or demand things.

Well, the fact that extroverts are compensated more isn't necessarily due to their inherent abilities or worth.  Our society rewards extroversion itself.

For an interesting study of introversion/extroversion check out Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain.

Some people talk and some people do  :P

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.  ;)

I suspect this may correlate directly with the need for outside validation.  Pay me more to demonstrate my continued worth.  Introverts are far more likely to consider being left alone reward enough for services rendered.   :P

Truth. For the last three years, I've been taking hits to my annual performance review because I don't attend staff meetings. The lower review score hasn't affected me in any way except that I acquire approximately 200 hours a year of uninterrupted work time to get crap done while the rest of the staff are in meetings talking about nothing and wasting taxpayer money. This is a greater gift to me than a raise that requires me to sit through some of the most inefficient meetings on the planet. Just leave me alone and let me work.

True.. but all you have to do is listen to the guy/woman who makes 3X what you do, to realize it doesn't matter. They will get paid because they are willing to endure what you or I would consider to be humiliation.  They don't care.
