The prosecutor says the mother used bad judgement. What? By sitting topless in a hot tub with her daughter?
She says she told her other daughter to delete the pic...now she's facing child porn charges or something.
I think it really is time to break out the tar and feathers or rope, and start over.

Link is to video of a guard dog at the Pentagon.  No hot topless moms.  I watched the dog video twice to be sure.

Does the dog work topless?  In my experience, most dogs do.  As far as the hot tub, they mentioned that the pup uses her water bowl to dunk her face and paws to cool off.  Is that what you're talking about?

I don't think any government dogs were involved, although I'm sure that a congressional committee is reviewing the photo.

The women deliberately posed for the picture, according to St. Charles County Prosecutor Tim Lohmar, because they concealed their nipples with their hands while leaving the rest of their chests exposed.

"It certainly appeared that the picture was posed and it certainly had some sexual overtones,” Lohmar said to KMOV.

The mother, whose name has been withheld to protect her daughter, denied that she posed.

"I wasn't posing," she said to KMOV. "I was getting out of the tub."

The photo was taken by the 14-year-old's younger sister and eventually was seen by an unknown number of eyes on Snapchat, a smartphone app that deletes a photo after a recipient has had a few seconds to look at it.

The mom claimed that she told her daughter to immediately delete the picture, the Associated Press said.

This is the 14-year-old's second round of exhibitionist trouble. Last year, she was ordered to take counseling because she distributed naked pictures of herself at school.

Could be.
As the only male in my household, I know that my wife and daughters are not shy around each other, or their friends.
They're always in the process of trying on clothes, showering or something.
I came home from work one day and opened my bathroom door - one daughter and two of her friends were standing there in panties only, trying on clothes.
It scares me to think that if one of them had snapped a cell phone pic and sent it...they (or even I) could have our lives turned upside down by law enforcement.

As one of the resident girls,

Among woman, nudity is weird. Teenage girls tend to be more self consious, especially when around each other unless they are with female family members or close friends.

Woman who've given birth tend to lose a lot of it, at least for awhile, especially if they've breast fed.
My boss, who was downright prudish for ever, rolled her eyes when I averted mine when she was breast feeding once. She pointed out that after giving birth, with pretty much everything on display, you really just stop giving a *expletive deleted*it.

My mom is practically a nudist in her home. Hell, the last time I was over there, she wanted to change out of her riding clothes, so she walked into the bedroom and started stripping while still talking to me. Chalk it up to just doesn't give a crap. As far as she's conserned, I came out of below, had breakfast, lunch and dinner up top for the first 9 months of my life and my very exisitance is the reason for the big belly (her stomach muscles never contracted back, and genetically, she wasn't slender in the first place)

Very few woman seem to be disinclined to be naked with other woman in a casual setting.
I will admit to being one of the few.
