I love editorial boards. Especially the board for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, as their bias is so blatent that it's hilarious.
For example, for the past couple of weeks they've been publishing their endorsements of the various candidates for the primary elections this Tuesday.
When it comes to Republicans in the primaries, the board does one of three things:
If there's an incumbent facing off against an absolute dead loser (for example, an 18 year-old running for state senate), then they'll endorse the incumbent. Can't look ridiculous now, can we?
If there's a candidate with a commanding lead, they'll endorse the opponent. For example, former state Rep. John Gard is running against former state Rep. Terri McCormick for US Congress. Gard has hundreds of thousands of dollars in his campaign war chest, and is way out front. Terri has about $13,000. So, the Journal Sentinel endorses McCormick.
If there's a close race, the Journal Sentinel endorses the RINO over the conservative.
I'm sure that, if they thought they could get away with it, they'd just tell people not to vote for Republicans at all.
They're not as smart as they think they are.
