The Guild

I just discovered this on Netflix. It's been on Youtube as a web series for years, apparently. The six "seasons" are 12 five or so minute episodes per season. It's a quirky series about some online gamers. The first season is a little slow and a little rough, but by season three the episodes are pretty darn good. Guest appearances so far by Will Wheaton and Simon Helberg (Howard!!!).

I tried watching a few episodes, but I guess you have to be into the games to really want to stick with it. The girl's cute, though.

Season 1 almost made me say "meh" and walk away, but they really improved in the later seasons IMO. I'm not at all a gamer myself, though I am familiar with some of the language and references, which could make a difference on the "keeping one's interest" side.

Honestly, I wish she'd do more as a singer, even though it's obviously heavily processed I love her voice.
