Er, no, a nipster would be affecting Niponese (Japanese) fashions. What they've got there are Nazsters, maybe? Fascionistas?

Er, just plain "socialists" or "fascists" works fine.  The Nazis were sharp dressers in their day.  The hipsters think they are and hold similar socialist views.
