I'm not going to be picky about a used $300 pistol. What would you recommend for the actual deburring?
Burred screws, chuck them up (lightly) in a drill, use fine jeweler's file to trim the burrs down, then a fine Al2O3 polishing stick. (Or an Arkansas stone.)
Back of slide (if I understand what you're talking about), start with a fine grit knife sharpening stone, then just the polishing sticks (or Arkansas stone) to round off the sharp edges. Clamp (with pads) upside-down in a vise, start at 45°, rock the stick slightly to radius the edges.
I have an assortment of Al2O3 sticks from Coors Porcelain. Real handy, they leave a polished finish.
With one exception, I never parted with a gun that I didn't regret sooner or later. Even for trades. Big regret was selling an M1917 Colt with a bunch of clips, Pachmyr grip filler, and about 100 .45AR (Auto Rim) cases.
