Should have used the house for fire practice.
There was one of those around here a few years ago. 900 pounds I think. Fireman cut the wall off the house. The loaded her/him/it/blob into the bucket of a loader and took them to the hospital in it.
Lemme tell you a story of a structure fire my first department was involved in shortly before I joined.
They were dispatched to a house fire. Upon rolling up, they could hear what sounded like kind of like popcorn popping and were wondering WTF...
Turned out it was millions of fleas cooking off from the heat. They were swarmed by fleas shortly afterwards.
They entered the house, and it was utter, complete filth beyond belief. Something ran between one of the firefighter's legs and knocked him down. He thought it was a dog and shined the light on it...it was a PIG. Barnyard pig, not potbellied pet pig.
The gear was contaminated by the filth, human/animal waste, etc in the house. They had to wash it A LOT.
