Washington state has mutual combat

The not surprising part?
The mouthy guy couldn't fight
I wish the real mouthy guy had gotten trimmed too. He was the one egging his buddy on

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Interesting, indeed.  I kinda thought all forms of "dueling" were against the law everywhere.
WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.

I'm not sure that Pheonix Jones can really claim mutual combat.  All the legal commentary in the second link discusses "equality" of weapons.  Jones, being an admitted and reknowned MMA fighter, clearly is a more powerful and deadly weapon than Mr. Orange Shirt.  Further, it seems to me that Jones instigated the affray, where the commentary says doing so falls outside the protections of the concept.

All that being said, Mr. Orange Shirt did seem to be asking for his hind parts to be handed to him.

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

Hey you kids!! Get off my lawn!!!

They keep making this eternal vigilance thing harder and harder.  Protecting the 2nd amendment is like playing PACMAN - there's no pause button so you can go to the bathroom.
