Need IT instructions again - captcha this time

Or more accurately, I cannot see the captcha picture or the block to fill in.  I get "Prove you are not a robot" - then nothing.

What have I done?  Who did I piss off that they contacted the entire interwebs to block me in this manner?

More importantly, is there anything I can do to fix things, and if so, can someone give me step-by-step instructions?

Off-screen due to screen resolution?

Had that happen to me.

Try control-plus or control-minus to change resolution up and down.

Nope.  (Actually tried that already.)

Everything else shows up - just nothing between "Prove you are not a robot" and "pick an identity"

Pop up blocker turned off? Script blocker (if you are running one) turned off?

Try a different browser if you are not using IE.

I've had weird stuff happen in Firefox or Chrome that prevented little things like this from working right. Fired up IE and it worked there.

Pop up blocker seems to be chugging away just fine.  Don't think I'm running a script blocker - too dumb to know if I was.  What does it look like?

Use Firefox as my browser.

IE (which I try to avoid like the plague) - everything works just fine.

You have to install a script blocker, it does not come with Firefox. I have enjoyed mine, though, because it speeds up browsing on script heavy websites a lot (such as news sites)

Other than disabling pop up blocker momentarily and giving that a whirl with the captcha, other than that, IE is the workaround...

No Script is what I use. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/

Note that you will need to allow certain scripts as you come across them to get stuff done, but it gets rid of a lot of the junk scripts

I was/am aware of that.  It's universal.

Noscriipt was no help in Firefox.  Dumped Firefox completely and am now running IE.  Still no love.
