What time tomorrow? Missoula is not that far away.  ;)

I am going to do at least 4 shoulders next month to make pulled pork for our annual Open Carry camping trip.

pulled pork omelets for breakfast!  

Today on the smoker are a couple of chickens, yams, and an onion.
