Josh Duggar molests underage female children

Does a term like forcible get tossed in when the participant(s) are underage?  It seems all sorts of loaded terms get added in such situations...

In my limited experience it depends on the specific act.  Straight it-would-have-been-consensual-if-they-were-old-enough-to-consent usually does not.  Not even Greek.  Start putting inanimate objects in there and yes, they throw in forcible.

I'd think sleeping and un-wanted groping, plus the ages of the victims would come into play when "forcible" is the buzz word.

Do note that "Forcible fondling" is the charge and in the state it occurred it's a felony. 

He was 14-15 at the time.  No age on the victims?

Arkansas appears to call it sexual assault in the second degree and it is a Class B felony there

Shouldn't the title of your post read:
 "Josh Duggar molested underage female children"

Your title makes it sound like an ongoing behavior.

I don't even know who the guy is and truth be told I could not care less. What on earth would posses a man with such a history to take on responsibilities at an institution devoted to traditional family morals?

Mayabe a narcissistic psychopath.

This kind of *expletive deleted*it does not exactly ease my great distrust of religious organizations, be they advocacy groups or churches.

It also makes me wonder what has not come to light about his history.
