Health Care and PP Defunding
« on: December 04, 2015, 10:23:47 AM »
With all the other stuff going on, this seems to be flying below the radar, but congress AND the senate, actually have pushed through a bill that will make it to the president's desk that would gut Obamacare and defund planned parenthood. Certainly Obama will veto, but it's good to see something actually make it to his desk so he has to be the one that's saying "no", which he so likes to blame Republicans for. Passed in the senate mostly on party lines, with of course, two lame rinos jumping ship.

So... a more privatized approach to preventing/terminating Democrat births?

Then the entire immigration/amnesty thing to try and replace the low-wage workers/voters who don't exist. Seems... wasteful and inefficient.
I promise not to duck.

Being a mixed bill, not everything is great or even good, but again, for me, the important thing is that there's stuff in it that Obama doesn't want that he now has to actually address with his mighty pen. He can't blame "obstructionists" if it got through the house and senate.
