Sorry to put you through this wringer, El T, but I'm wondering if you know anything about filing Freedom of Information Act requests. Specifically, how to expedite them.

Looking forward to your reply.

What agency are you looking into? There are strict rules for fed.gov (at least DoD) and I've had some experience processing info to respond to FOIA requests. I honestly tried to comply, but I didn't get the impression that the FOIA office on whose behalf I was screening documents was that eager...

You do know that agencies (federal at least) are allowed to bill you resonable charges for screening and reproducing documents, right?

State or federal?  With which agency?
I do not smoke pot, wear Wookie suits, live in my mom's basement, collect unemployment checks or eat Cheetoes, therefore I am not a Ron Paul voter.

Nevermind, it won't work. The entity I was thinking of is not a state agency.
