TL;DR:
Ambulance crew responds to call for injured female as a result of domestic. Once on scene Perp/"victim" interferes with 'Blance crew, who call for police back-up/assistance to get perp/"victim" away from injured female.
Perp/"victim" tires to go hands on with 5-O, and ends up getting shot and killed.
Local Prosecutor conducts investigation, clears police. Sadly, not much caught on video other then per/"victim" going hands-on with 5-O and going to the ground out of frame...
