The Department of State, through U.S. Code Title 22, Chapter 38, defines terrorism as "premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents."

Antifa increasingly could plausibly fit that definition.

Well, if the politicians in these cities like Berkeley keep giving the cops stand-down orders while violence is going on, there could be a lot of people wounded and/or killed if the Antifa's start shooting.

If the normal people show up to rallies armed, the cops won't let them congregate.
