It never snows in Santiago (Chile). This is the worst snowfall they've seen in 46 years. Obviously caused by global warming climate change.

That, or the breeze from that new iceberg that just split off from Antarctica is blowing across Argentine into Chile.

Global warming causes temperatures to drop SO fast that helicopters are frozen out of the sky in mid-flight; I saw that in a movie. (IIRC, Algore lifted CGI scenes from that movie for his presentation, so it must all be true.)
