North Dakota just passed a new bill, House Bill 1169, and it will go into effect on August 1. Governor Doug Bargum signed the bill back in March.

So roughly 1/4 of the states will be Constitutional Carry next month.  Good for them.

But North Dakota only has about five dozen residents. With this scary, new law, they'll all be dead within a month.

I think it will take at least one or two more legislative sessions in Texas (if public support is good).  It is rare for something like that to pass the first time through.
