Just for grins and giggles...
« on: March 30, 2018, 10:16:12 AM »
I took a look at my ex-wife's Facebook page.

She was raised in New York, the daughter of a judge who was very conservative.

I knew when I married her that she wasn't nearly as conservative as I was, but I was fine with that.

Now it's pretty clear that's she's made a HARD left turn.

Weeping that we're not subjects of Empress Hillary the First, demanding that college be free (she's got a rug rat), decrying the Trump tax package, blah blah blah blah blah...

All while she's sitting on the probably close to $50 million that she inherited from her Father when he kicked.

Liberalism. It's truly a disease.

One of the most humorous/irritating things to me about rich liberals, is how they rail against "the 1%" while at the same time decrying any taxes levied against them.

Huh!??   In my experience rich liberals don't  "decry taxes levied against them,"   they want rich people taxed at confiscatory rates!  ??? :O :O

FTFY.

My experience has been that "rich" liberals are all talking about the next step up the economic ladder when they talk about taxing.  "RICH!" liberals already have their tax shelters planned and implemented before they start talking new taxes.

Many rich people have stated they would be very happy to pay higher taxes thougn.  Most don't seem to understand they can donate as much $$$$ to the government as they want.

No, they want other rich people taxed at confiscatory rates, but NOT them.

Perfect example, Nancy Pelosi. Serial lies about what the benefit would be, and who would benefit, from the Trump tax plan. Doubles, triples, quadruples down on how horrible it is for everyone...

As she goes out and very quietly takes advantage of the new provisions to save her wrinkled lying ass a bunch of money so it won't go to the Feds.

She got her crumbs.

If she feels she doesn't pay enough taxes, send her this link, she will find it very helpful:

Now now, guys,  I said some rich,  not all.  Yea there's people who want "the other guy" to be tax-whacked while they pay crumbs,  but then there are hypocrites everywhere.

new yorkers are totally brainwashed, so glad i moved.
its strange, i have a lot of wealthy liberal friends - i don't understand their politics at all
Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".
