Florida's Risk Protection Law

An article on its implementation. Of note to me was that a Sheriff was quoted as saying each request for seizure is handled very carefully because constitutional rights are at stake. At the same time, the article mentions that every petition so far has been granted, at least in that county. To me, a 100% rate doesn't statistically jive with, "careful consideration". One would think at least 1% of the petitions would have been found to have no merit.
