I don't think it is so mysterious.  I think it is a calibration target for satellite photography.

Kind of puzzled how they got the planes there without a runway.  But looking around, I wonder more what's going on here:

I caught that, i just meant that an explanation that includes aliens, zip codes, and the line "binary is the language of truth" is worthy of tin foil.
