Two interesting vegetarian/vegan articles out of Europe...
« on: October 31, 2018, 11:37:33 AM »
Both reported by BBC...

In the first one, the editor of Waitrose magazine (food magazine) was forced to resign after he responded to a suggestion of adding more vegetarian articles with a suggestion that they starting killing off vegis/vegans. Everyone admits it was a tongue-in-cheek response, but the socially woke snowflakes are all up in arms because their feels are hurt...

Meanwhile, across the channel in France, butchers are beginning to demand additional levels of governmental protection due to an increasing number of vegi/vegan attacks against butcher shops.

<"pop" psychology>
Passionate self-righteousness almost always leads to mental problems since it's so difficult to reconcile one's self-righteousness with reality.  The conflict resolution often takes the form of aggression against reality or those who represent it, instead of the other less harmful forms of resolution.
