I agree with Hawkmoon that salt is sufficient condiment for good fries.
Chili and cheese come to mind, but lately I have been using a blend of sour cream and siracha.
I had to choose Other 'cause you didn't allow multiple choice: ketchup, mustard & mayo mixture. Usually approx. equal portions of each - with salt. All of which are used for dipping. Dip the fries in the K/M/M mix, then into the pile of salt.
