I really like Carol Roth. This is an opinion piece by her on Millennials, and the "instant gratification" culture that leads so many of them to embrace socialism.
A standout was regarding AOC, who "has never known prosperity", and her $20 a pop lipstick, which she was apparently buying while working as a part time bartender.

Oh, they've also never known American prosperity. All they have is iPhones and $20 lipstick. Crushing poverty.

Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God?
