Inncorrect. He only was showing us a few of his hiding spots. Only a fool would show them all.

I still prefer to roll my own. With one modification to my operation I could have an infinite supply of bacon.

Ummm. I'm not sure how to approach this subject with you, seeing as we are sort of internet friends, or at least internet aquaintences.

But, and correct me if I'm wrong here, I'm pretty sure that there are laws in all 57 states against doing that.

And besides, I'm not sure that even if you did it would take.

And if it did take, can you imagine all the comments that would be made? I mean, seriously, do you really want folks talking trash like that about someonr you are - pardon the phrase - porking?

I bought bacon last week for the first time in a couple of months. I was kind of startled how much prices had gone up.

I'm thinking I'm going to buy a couple more packs and freeze it. Given that I don't use a lot of bacon I may break it into half packs and vacuum seal them in half or quarter pound packages.

I mainly use bacon for cooking; only rarely do I make it for eating.

I use bacon primarily as part of other recipes -- soups, stews, chili, etc.

When I want something for breakfast, I prefer sausage or ham.

I bought a bunch of packages of bacon when KwikTrip had them on sale for $2 last year. Haven't used it all up yet because I don't use it that often (more for seasoning green beans than anything else) but I am running low.

I bought a 3# package of bacon ends and pieces at Walmart a week ago, and it's actually pretty good. I don't remember what it cost but I think about $7. I'm used to ends and pieces being irregular slices but this is little chunks. It still fries up okay and makes a decent BLT. It actually fries easier than sliced bacon. I should get another package next time I goto Walmart and throw it in the freezer.
