Ring doorbell, issues after Android update

Verizon dropped the Galaxy S10 Android update about two weeks ago. Since then, neither SWMBO or I have gotten a single Ring doorbell notification of any kind. I've checked both phones and all the notification settings are toggled properly. Anyone else have this issue after the Android 12 update? If so, how did you fix it?

I'm still having issues with my phone connection to my hearing aids after Verizon took over our local carrier.  Stuff shows up on my phone that has nothing to do with me.  I'm tired of deleting crap and having to reboot my hearing aids.
