Babish is a great YouTube channel.  The Binging with Babish shows are fun for their take on food from TV and movies.  Basics with Babish are great for learning how to cook different foods.

I wondered why Babish's Cajun Kickass had jalapeño in it instead of cayenne which would be more appropriate.  After watching the BB clip, it's obviously because it was green  =D  I really like the way he made homemade Tots; I will have to try that.
