Jurassic Park Prequel Trailer

Hammond - Jurassic Park Prequel - Jurassic World (2023 Trailer)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0aMYH8r4y4

I haven't seen the last couple movies and I am not sure if I missed anything good.  This could be interesting, but part of the trailer makes it look like it was taking place in the 1920's.  I guess it has potential but if it is the same people who made recent movies, I don't know if I would expect much.

On the story, I am not sure what story a prequel will tell that doesn't become a glorified documentary with 1000 Easter eggs reminding you of the first movie.

Got the impression it's a fake trailer, see a bunch of them on YT now. Some can be quite convincing.

And yep

This is a concept trailer.  That means it's not real.  It's mean for fan service only.  It's a creative way to celebrate an existing film.

I spent a month working on this nonsense.
I tried to include references to the original book (for super fans).

To be honest I'm not happy with the way it turned out, but it's an awesome concept so I'm excited to try again!

Thanks!

From the YT links on the videos page looks like he's done a few others as well

Thanks.  I guess that makes sense.  I have seen them before, but it has been a while.  Forgot.

Got halfway through the 2nd movie but gave up after that.  Only so many times you can watch a dinosaur eat someone before it gets old without a good story behind it. Far as I'm concerned there's the first and only the first which is a classic.

There are now officially more movies in the series than there were years in the whole Jurassic era.

They also gave some of the dinosaurs ant-man powers to let them get bigger or smaller depending on if they are outside or in a hallway.  I guess it could just be bad CGI work.

Both T-Rexs and Velociraptors were Late Cretaceous anyway.
