Everybody knew it would happen. IIRC even the SF city fathers knew this and tried to 'make a statement'.

Well they've made their statement. They're MORONS. [No offense to SF-based APS members, I am 99.9% sure none of you have anything to do with that.]

Too bad the city didn't spend the money on gun safety classes for their schools instead.  They could have had something to show for their money at the end of the day.

Which appears to say that the court believes the SF moonbats can legitimately ban the sale or manufacture of guns in SF as well as ban the sale of ammunition if they rewrite the law.

It's a wonderment to me how those people make it thru the day without being scared to death of their own shadows.

Not possible. It's San Francisco. The handwringing liberals have raised their children to burst into tears at the sight of any firearm (or even a uniformed solider) and their parents would then sue for emotional trauma and the cost of ritalin and other drugs to make the kid back into a proper zombie.

If there was another 1906-level quake, the death rate among the helpless, whining utopian leftists there would be horrendous, because they can't do a damned thing for themselves and would be completely at the mercy of the looters.
